PACIFIC STORMS COMING
weather folks say three epic pacific storms are headed for california beginning tomorrow, w/heaps of snow & rain & hurricane-force winds. i sort of look forward to a pacific-northwest style spell of winter. but! i hope the power stays on.
as an aside, i read the department of public works is handing out 10 free sandbags per citizen from 8 am to 3 pm in preparation for lowland flooding. i live relatively high on a hill downtown, still i’m tempted to get myself a free sandbag for the hell of it… maybe rest a coffee cup there from time to time.
