I will be reading at this event. If you’re in the Bay Area, I definitely encourage you to drop by for drinks, good company & readings from Sheila Heti (in celebration of her new book), my lovely & talented friends Mills Baker & Melissa Graeber, & Isaac Fitzgerald of The Rumpus. A very honest thank you to Tumblr’s Rachel Fershleiser & The Believer’s Andi Mudd for making this event happen.
If you’re a San Francisco reader of CursiveBuildings & we haven’t yet spoken face-to-face, I promise this will be the greatest opportunity to shake hands over Old Fashioneds (or whatever) & make vague plans for the future. Time is fickle & funny in that way, of course, so please don’t be shy.
We are even on the McSweeny’s homepage at the moment, so you know this is surreally real! (& if all else fails, Mills is rumored to be bringing his dogs)
